Since our founding in Grasse, Scentex has served private collectors, diplomats, and artists under an ironclad commitment to privacy. We treat digital data with the exact same discretion as our bespoke client archives.
1. Bespoke Client Discretion
We never disclose the identities of our private bespoke clients or salon attendees. Bespoke formulas (`$12,000+` tier) are stored on isolated, encrypted air-gapped systems in our Grasse vault, accessible solely by our Master Perfumer and the commissioning patron.
2. Zero Third-Party Monetization
Maison Scentex does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, purchase records, or olfactory preferences to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers under any circumstance.
3. Secure Financial & Shipping Data
All transactions are processed via bank-grade TLS 1.3 encryption and tokenized payment gateways. Delivery packages are shipped in discreet, unbranded outer protective boxes to ensure absolute privacy at your residence.

You retain sovereign rights over your private record. At any time, you may contact our Concierge Desk to request an audit of stored preferences or mandate complete erasure of your digital dossier from our boutique ledger.
